P. Natalia Turnquest is the Founder and CEO of Boss Babes of Tampa, a networking organization based in Tampa Bay committed to fostering authentic connections among women in both business and life. Driven by a deep understanding of the need for professional development and networking opportunities for women, Natalia created and now leads this thriving network.
Natalia’s vision is that Boss Babes of Tampa will grow into a supportive community where relationships extend beyond transactions, offering a safe space for women to be vulnerable, celebrate their successes, and share their struggles.
Her approach is deeply rooted in the belief that true empowerment comes from real connections – ones that foster trust, encouragement, and collaboration. Natalia’s passion for empowering women is evident in every aspect of her work. She has curated programs, events, and resources that help women excel in their roles as entrepreneurs, career-driven professionals, volunteers, wives, mothers, sisters, daughters, leaders and any other role a woman may possess.
Through Boss Babes of Tampa, Natalia has created a platform where women are inspired to dream bigger, break barriers, and lift each other up.
Shereena S. Morrow is the Founder & CEO of Shereena Morrow, Inc. and serves as the Director of Leadership & Strategic Growth for Boss Babes of Tampa. A leadership strategist, speaker, consultant, and certified coach, she is passionate about helping women grow into confident leaders while helping organizations build the systems and culture needed to thrive.
With more than 20 years of experience across entrepreneurship, leadership development, coaching, quality management, and program administration, Shereena has dedicated her career to helping people and organizations grow with intention. Her work blends leadership development, organizational development, and human development because she believes sustainable success happens when people, systems, and purpose are aligned.
What makes Shereena’s approach unique is that her leadership is not built from theory alone, it’s built from lived experience. As a mother, entrepreneur, executive leader, and woman who has navigated rebuilding, reinvention, and growth personally and professionally, she understands the realities of leadership beyond the title. Her work is rooted in authenticity, resilience, emotional intelligence, and helping women lead without losing themselves in the process.

Director of Leadership & Strategic Growth
Over the years, she has successfully launched and led multiple businesses, managed teams and large-scale programs, and supported mission-driven organizations in strengthening operations, workforce development, compliance, and service delivery. She is known for helping organizations create stronger systems while also helping leaders build confidence, clarity, communication, and culture from the inside out.
Shereena is a Certified Life Coach, Certified Parent Educator, approved Pennsylvania Quality Assurance System (PQAS) Instructor, and certified facilitator in both the Nurturing Parenting Curriculum and the Strengthening Families Protective Factors Framework. Her expertise spans regulatory leadership across Pennsylvania Codes 3270 (Child Care Centers), 3800 (Child Residential), 6100 (IDD Services), and 6400 (Community Homes), giving her a strong foundation in operational excellence, leadership accountability, and quality improvement.
She is also the creator of the 6U Framework™, a leadership and personal development model designed to help women lead with confidence, clarity, authenticity, emotional intelligence, and unapologetic ownership in every area of life and business.
